i wonder just how long australia can dictate that these people are kept locked up?
they havent commited any actual crime except getting in **bleep**py boats and tying to reach australia.
but they have been jailed for all intense and purpose for years by australia.
how long before they stop being non-people and recieve rights? the right to leave manus island and travel anywhere they choose?
many of these people will have lived on manus for more years than they have been alive!
why cant we just tell them they are free to travel anywhere they like except australia? even come up with a way for them to earn money whilst locked up so they can pay to travel someplace else.
