I don't care now whether she gets beaten in the final because she is amazing for such a young cook.  She has a big future ahead of her.

Totally agree with your choices for the final but I really think it is going to come down to the two girls in the end.  Brent seems a real sweetie but he does not have the skills the girls do.

I think Laura is being channelled by her grandmother. I can't believe she has such knowledge of food and its preparation at her age. Amazing.

I like Brent but he really lacks many skills. I can't see him surviving in the rugged day to day service in a commercial kitchen, Go Laura!!

Give me home cooking in my kitchen any day - I would have been tempted to push all the dishes off the pass and run 

As an aside - were the judges standing behind the door when table manners were handed out?  I have to turn away at times

Family drama tonight but I caught the end of the show.

Emelia struggled a bit.  How many of those souffles did Jamie actually cook?  I think these finals don't really show you what happens in the kitchen.  I reckon Jamie was mopping the floor whilst regular staff were preparing 😄

I don't know how many he actually cooked himself. He certainly had the other chefs assisting him a lot throughout 

I do know that he initially served up some with cracks in them and they got immediately knocked back by Shannon.  

He had so much more time than the others to prepare and he was fortunate that both Brent and Emelia willingly mucked in and helped him when their service was over otherwise he might have really come unstuck.

I so agree about the manners. Cringeworthy many times.  I thought the food was all a bit precious.

It seemed Amelia had more pressure than any of them and got very little help. She has a great demeanour.

It is getting interesting.

Phew!  I am so relieved.  I think the final three are so deserving and whoever wins I will be happy.  Of course Laura is still my favourite but if either Emelia or Brent win it, well done.
