Men and suicide

A couple of weeks ago, a long time friend of mine committed suicide.  He was only 40, married and had recently reconciled with his wife after a 6 month separation.  He had struggled with depression for a few years, but this was unexpected.  Things "seemed" to be getting better for him.

So sad, such a waste of a life. I feel so awful for his wife and family.

One of our friends commented on his FB profile "RIP *** your problems are all gone now".  True perhaps, but he's left a huge amount of problems for people left behind.

Tell your friends and family you love them.  Because sometimes awful things happen.
