Just heard this on TV. Owner said he thought it was a light hearted idea. I didn't catch it all but I think he said it wasn't handed out at the dinner.
crikey - It was that restaurant named in the link on a previous thread in this topic.

Best advertising KFC could ever have had and the advertising excecs must be overjoyed, free and circulated through FB. Could not have paid for better advertising.
you honestly believe this ?
Absolutely, any advertising is good advertising, don't forget KFC had nothing to do with producing the menu so cannot be held accountable in any way for it's content or distribution.
There are so many KFC cartoons out there on different forums so it has had thousands of free advertisements, yes the ad executives must be smiling very broadly.

I can't believe that there is no doubt in your mind .That you firmly believe that a multi national company would be AOK having their trade name in any way associated with sexist propaganda aimed at the Prime Minister of a Country .

I think what NS is saying is not that the company would endorse it but more to do with "there is no such thing as bad publicity"...

you just hit the nail on the head, condoning the document has nothing to do with advertising.

of course there is such thing as bad publicity .I believe that Mal Brough knew that when he apologised .
as did KFC when it apologised for a racist anthem played in one of their Cape Town stores.

I was talking specifically about KFC no one else and I don't care what you say IMO there is no such thing as bad advertising if the advertising brings attention to your product. It's all about putting your product "out there" and this is certainly what has happened.
