They have reunited for a movie, can't wait! My favorite is Michael Palin. Favorite movie "The Life of Brian"

I should have said "a show". However it probably won't be coming to Australia as "there are planets closer than Australia" lol

hi 'nora ๐
I liked them until I saw that restaurant scene where the fat man exploded. I couldn't watch them after that.

I have never been able to watch Monty Python... I never thought any of their shows funny...

So many brilliant hilarious memories with the series.
The dead parrot, the dance alongside the loch and the slap with the fish, the competition about who was the poorest growing up,....the list goes on and on.........
My fav. movie was The Life of Brian...each time I watch it I catch subtle references I missed on previous viewings.

Catmad, I think you need a developed appreciation of the ridiculous and a slightly bent sense of humour to appreciate it.

I have a hard time with lots of Brittish "comedy"...
I have tried... I did love the Goodies, does that count??
Faulty Towers I have watched... some episodes I like..
Freshwater, maybe you're right because I find them cringe-worthy and not humourous. Maybe I should rewatch them and let me cringe go... lol

The Goodies was a great show. Everyones sense of humour is different. Some people found Benny Hill to be hilarious but it did nothing for me.
