i see how you could ask that.
there have been quite a few anti - chaplaincy discussions
here where it was claimed only christians could be chaplains.
obviously that is not the case.

I believe the other topics were about chaplains in state schools. And mine and other's opinion was that religion, any religion. has no place at state school. I would not want my child indoctrinated by anybody regardless what religion they are. But as the school chaplaincy was outsourced to the Hillsong Christians, it was never likely that they would be providing Muslim chaplains. Maybe that is why you got confused.
Police chaplains deal with adults, so if what is required are chaplains, then we do need chaplains of all different faith.

i think you're confusing chaplaincy programs
with Religious Education

when did that happen? in which state?

I can't see why there is any problem with it at all.
Queensland Police Service Chaplaincy
The Service currently has 41 chaplains engaged throughout Queensland from six Christian traditions. Ten of these chaplains are from the Anglican Church, five from the Diocese of Brisbane, two from Rockhampton and three North Queensland.
Of the Anglican Chaplains, two are full time in Brisbane, one full time in Toowoomba, one part time in Brisbane with those remaining either part time or voluntary. Chaplaincy Services has access to clergy of other faiths as necessary.
The mission of the Chaplaincy Service is to provide spiritual, welfare and pastoral support to Queensland Police Service Officers, Employees, Retired Police and
their families. This is achieved by relationship building through “walking the floor.”
Chaplains also provide ministry including Baptisms, Weddings, Funerals and Blessings of new police buildings, boats and facilities.
Chaplains conduct State Wide Services on National Police Remembrance Day, the Feast of Saint Michael and All Angels.

"This is way the Aliens will never come to Australia because UFO will tell them sorry Australia for Australians go some where else "
So what to do with Abbott. He was born in the UK and has appartently not renounced his UK citizenship. A person with dual citizenship cannot become a member of the Australian Parliament.
Is he an Australian Citizen ?

We also have Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad (NSW Police Force) - is that OK?
The squad members might appreciate having a Muslim Police Chaplain... ya think?
FACT
"We are multicultural police force, and we have to be. The reality is that we live in a multicultural society, and so we are only going to be able to service that community if we have officers from those communities. And the chaplains need to be there to support and represent those officers who are from those communities.”
From the link in the opening post.
