After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Wow, look at all the posts I didn't see when I came in!
Lyndal, your OH has a very long day. A friend was saying yesterday her tele was her best friend, mine is my computer when I can't do anything else.
I can't remember other posts but freddie, your bathroom will turn out OK. I'm sure you will be happy once it's finished.
Hope it's a good one ...

That has to be the cleanest building site I've seen.
Tend to agree with the tidiness theory. You're impatient on day 3? Thank heavens you didn't have contractors do it, because the plumber or the electrician or anyone not even involved could have impacted on the time-frame substantially.
What are the plans for the floor and hob? Will the jackhammer be humming it's merry tune?

Wow Sandy that weight loss is amazing.
Does anyone else get a mental image of different people you post to?
I imagined sandy to be blonde about 5ft 2ins and about 65kg with an amazingly happy smiling face who very rarely ever get's upset about anything.

ha ha freddie.
I have blondish hair with a little help from streaks - a bit grey around the temples. I am about 5 feet and 1/2 inch. Can't forget that half an inch!, and currently I am 70 kgs (that tells you what I was for such a short person - round!). I would like to get down to 65kgs but there's no hurry. One day I will make it. I also have a lot more wrinkles now I have lost that weight and a bit of loose skin in other places - is that TMI? The main thing is my health is better than it's ever been and I'm off a lot of diabetic meds including an injection I used to have morning and night. Don't want to go back there.
Mind you, the BMI charts say I should be in the 50kg mark - not going to happen . I mainly started the walking regime for the diabetes as my dr was talking insulin, but it's also taken a lot of weight off as well.

Just read of the tile removal. Too quick for me.
Sandy, I've become "big boned" recently. Gosh, you have lost some cuddliness.
This could be dangerous. (How about my multi-metric/lineal measurements? I still can't get around the length bit - not in possession of a tapemeasure enough) Let's talk about hair colour we had before the mature-greys-angel popped by.
Freddie, 5'4" and 55kg with auburn hair similar to her happy avi.
Bushie, let's see, hmm, 5'5 and 70kg? Hair colour: blonde.

I only had a mental image of Sandy don't ask me why I can't explain it.
I was a redhead back in the olden day's if that helps DEB now i'm often asked who does my streaks ummm it's natural it's called old age
Your hubby has a long day Lyndal I bet he snores in the chair before bed at night.

Yes Freddie, it is a long day and there is no snoring in the chair.....it is dinner and into bed.for him.
I often leave the dishes in the sink and go to bed too with my two best friends....the TV and the laptop. Hence the tidyup in the morning.
The OH is quite capable of sleeping on a barbed wire fence so the TV does not worry him at all.

The quote has doubled but that's OK because there were a lot of issues and my 'I WANT' list created a few issues
