Overcast today and very humid in Camden.
Was ok until I noticed 1st neg on selling ID - buyer claimed I only sent 1 item and didn't refund for 2nd. Didn't make contact, didn't bother to notice the $ amount next to her "won" item was only 1/2 what she actually deposited in my PP account (refunds through PP are auto updated on Ebay), didn't scrutinise her PP account properly...newbie buyer...should ask first if not familiar with the way things work. So left a reply with date of refund and the PP refund ID. That's my whinge for the day.

I know, I got a neg from a buyer couple of months back, my fault in the first place as I had missed posting
their item but I sent polite email explaining what had happened and refunded their total cost.
Don't think they even bothered to read my email, I know it's their perrogative but it knocked my 100% feedback to 99.7%.
How long does it take for your feedback to recover to 100% anyway? Do you have to wait 12 months for it
to be averaged again?
