oh yeah. For sure.
Way more energy (no more afternoon naps) and all the pain is gone.
In the past 10yrs ive popped my knee cap off twice, sprained my ankle and also fractured my tailbone, so knee pain, ankle pain and back pain were constant, everyday.
Thats all gone.
I could never get myself off the floor without something nearby to pull myself up on, but now i can get up by myself.
Ohhh and my pyjama bottoms keep falling down lol

i did it with help.
I take Duromine once a day and for lunch i have an optislim shake.
Diets are no good for me. Im not an unhealthy eater but i like food and i didnt want to feel guilty if i had a treat.
Since taking duromine, my meals sizes has shrunk and for some reason im not craving chocolate, sweets or milk at all.
I used to drink 3 big glasses of milk a day, but no more
