So if we have a sticker do we have to put it on? Mine should have gone on the windscreen 2 weeks ago and I havent done it yet.

From 1 January 2014 they are no longer required to be issued or displayed for all light vehicles (under 4.5 tonnes), including motorcycles and trailers.

I take that as none need to be displayed from tomorrow punch

Remember to make a note of when it's due and keep it somewhere prominent. After scrapping the stickers here, a number of people claim to have missed getting renewal notices too.

Yes, I have an opinion. No you don't have to agree with it. Yes I do have a right to it.

Found this on the vicroads FAQ's

What happens if my registration expires on 31 December 2013? Do I take my sticker off on 1 January 2014?
As from 1 January 2014 there will be no requirement to display a sticker. You will be able to take the existing sticker off.
