OK, is anyone being taken to their last post read?

On the first day of the new boards, when i clicked on a thread i had already been to, it took me to the last post i had read, but, since that first day it hasnt worked since.

Now when i click on a thread ive previously been to and posted in, it is taking me to page 2.

Is this happening for everyone?

Im sick of having to scroll through posts ive already read to find where I am up to

its working most of the time for me now.

i think the key is to mark all posts as read then log out and back in again.

i have noticed though that if there are no new posts since i last went into a thread then i get taken to the first page

It works for me. You just have to remember to sign into the boards. I've noticed when you log into eBay it doesn't log you into the boards, but when you log out of the boards, it logs you out of eBay?? Very odd..

To enter a thread I click on the thread title.

ok, i have done this and it appears to be working although its very confusing reading up the page now

Initially you have to mark  all the thread as read and from that time on you are taken to the first unread post on all threads. Threads you don't normally read may and have had no new posts since you marked the thread read may take you to the first post

i just tried that and it works

now to figure out when new posts arrive, those red and grey indicators look confusing
