The idiot who thought up this idea should have to sit in a telstra queue and wait and wait every day until he/she comes to their senses.
Telstra can't manage their own phone queues, so they sure as hell will mess up c/link's.

Some people would not believe this when we talked about it last year. Got accused of telling fibs and fear mongering.
It's a disgraceful decision. I'd like to know how outsourcing and off shoring as many jobs as possible will help solve the unemployment problem.

disregarding the long wait times, what about when you get through and then get endlessly transferred until you get cut off because no one knows what they are doing and when you consider a PH service is a lot less complicated than Missinglink it would be a nightmare of misinformation and denial's that our staff would say that.

My concern is, most call centres have a list of Q & A's, what happens when the question doesn't fit??
They say "I can't help you"

disregarding the employment issue which is also important since Helstra has over seas call centers that struggle with basic chinglish, how about the quality of service from trained monkeys reading from an idiot sheet that only deals with the most basic things

I have experienced telstra's circle of despair. lol. Transferred from person to person, dept to dept and come full circle and end up where I started.
