On a 3 year old girl. This times it was (surprise, surprise!) the family staffy who has never "lashed out" before.
What does that make it? One death and 2 serious injuries in a fortnight.

The RSPCA 'boss' is someone I have no time for. The RSPCA has a lot to answer for. I do support Oscars Law though.
What is his name?

He was all man when I met him at his lecture. And have heard him hundreds of times on the radio. That't no woman!

guess it depends on which state you are in? and which "boss" you are talking about.

I will say that Twinkles dogs are very well trained and docile. This I do know. Although Puss may not agree wholeheartedly.
Our old rescue cat would tear you to pieces when we first got him. Still will if he is not happy about something.
However I do believe supervision is needed when young children and babies are together.

That probably depends on where you live, in Victoria we have Dr Hugh Wirth, in SA it is Sheree Sellick, in NSW Dr Peter Wright.
