Has anyone been following the US Oil Company recruitment form furore over the past few days? It has been all over the SMH, sorry but I don't know how to post a link.
It asked incredibly personal questions about, abortion, miscarriages, period dates, STD's and many more, it also asked the applicant to discuss their partners sexual activities.
They have now withdrawn the form from use after strong opposition in Australia.
Apparently they have been using this overseas and no one complained, or were game to!
