Only 7 years for murdering your own child?

Maybe there are circumstances that haven't been revealed (like depression) but if taken at face value, I don't understand how this woman gets only 7 years for what she did to this little girl?

It's woeful when you consider you can get 10 years for stealing a speed camera. Very sad that poor sweet heart 😞

The poor little girl had been tortured for at least a year prior to her death. The details of this case are disturbing and difficult to read.

7 years??? it isn't enough. Nothing is enough but surely she deserves more than 7 years.
