Would you ever consider it?

If your partner speaks to you about it, how would you respond?

i guess it comes down to who moves out, and i guess it would have to be me.  i've seen it at close quarters and it bleeps big time. only the sociopath emerges happy and intact.

most of the couples I know who did this over the years have broken up and the kids had a shuttle life.

Those who didn't split up are working so hard at being a normal couple now that it is painfull to visit them.

I don't like them, although someone very close to me (not hubby :D) is in what they call a 'polyamorous' relationship. They think it is very modern and avant garde while I look at the recurring themes of passion and adultery throughout history
