30 red-tailed phascogales released in Central Australia
For the first time in decades a native threatened species will roam the Central Australian bush.
First time I'd ever even heard of them!

Gosh those Phascogales are cute. I hope that they get a solid established population soon.
Well, poor males. They die before one year usually. That's crazy. Apparently the matng frenzy is a big factor there.

I'd never heard of them either. Too cute for words.

but look what has been happening during the current distractions
A million hectares cleared without lawful environmental impact studies - black lives might want to take up this issue
Time for a court injunction to halt usage - to late for a direct study but not for a comparative study from adjoining uncleared land + administrative related charges laid against relevant Govt authorities , compo to the bush , restoration program , thank you

These are the real issues we don't hear about while we're being fired up about events happening overseas, Roges.
We don't see thousand of protesters marching the streets about them, do we?
Most Aussies don't give a rat's backside.
Couldn't care less.
Lets piggyback onto overseas issues.
Don't think that black human lives in Aus matter as much as our native species,
Don't realise how you're being played.

The cold hearted and mass destruction of their habitats make me want to weep.
