No research again. The scheme does not seek to kick up company tax by 1.5%, but by introducing a 1.5% LEVY on the top 3000  big businesses, a somewhat very different process.

Business have warned they will hire fewer  women,  prove it with some references.

So, mm, when labor introduces a levy you call it a tax.... what's the difference?
