 Nonsense, it is pre-election largesse,  and nicely wrapped up in the "children" card. Both sides do it, hand feeding the bleating electorate who are  milling about in their respective paddocks.

MyselfI am a little more to the point, not that most of the flock at my local polling booth, appreciate I am "teasing" them with my poster!

Yep, pre-election largesse that's been under review and planning for 2 years.

Some people accuse them of taking too long and in the next sentence accuse them of rushing it. so which is it?

With the level of support from people in the industry it would seem to be needed reform.

If it is nothing more than pre-election largesse .... that means NSW's Premier is telling fibs when he says it's a better/fairer scheme for all .

So too would be the other Premiers who 'agree with it in principal'....though they say that they aren't signing are they ? Is that political ?
