Was he appealing against a conviction for sexually abusing a minor?  The only references I can find are to do with cabcharge expenses.

Do you know something we don't?

Had he perhaps been convicted of child sex abuse at some time in the past?

Or does your crystal ball tell you  that he is going to be conviceed of such an offence at some point in the future.
