Oh no TT.  I am for the most part trying to remain impartial becasue I've had forum experiences in the past that went pear shaped.  

I just like a heated debate and discussing things that im interested in at the time ya know 🙂

I know what you mean these days with the way social media sites are going.  They could be so much better and do so much good for the world but it's almost like they've been hijacked.

I don't know if the poke function is useless, I know the first time I got poked I wondered what tha!

Now there are poke competitions like how many times you can poke someone in a short space of time or like a friend and I who are having a long term poke comp, we're heading towards the 'you have poked such and such 1000 times in a row' we've been doing this poke thing for over a couple of years now just maybe once or twice a day send a poke return a poke.

I think it's true purpose was to say as a reminder to see if someone was around if you hadn't heard from them in awhile.

I've never used it as it always just seemed silly and pointless.  It's so long since I saw any mention of poke that I thought it had fallen off the site.
