RIP my dearest Danny Boy- for those who have lost beloved pets

After a 3 month battle with bone cancer my dear feisty funny Danny  the Chi/terrier was pts this afternoon.

he went down suddenly, one moment he was bouncing around wanting to play and eat, almost the next he went right down,and could hardly move.    Today at 3pm he was pts.

My heart is broken but this rendition by the King is one of the sweetest and most moving of all of them I have heard.

Brighton, sorry I didn't post earlier. I was at the vet yesterday discussing Honey. I still have her but not for very long.

Your Danny knew how much he was and is loved

Oh Channys_mum how did you know?   that is the spitting image of my Danny.  Talk about cry.  Yes he's an angel now and

always was except when he was stubborn  and boofy and I loved that about him.  

I look for him everywhere.

I hope Honey will be ok, I'm sorry to hear that.

I lost my own baby boy,Sparky, just two weeks ago. I find I'm still breaking out in random tears....remembering moments like how he gave me a kiss on the nose on his last night with me. It makes me smile and cry at the same time. I selfishly wish I had held on to him a little longer, but his little body was failing and I just couldn't bear to see him suffer. Still.....I miss him so much. 

I look for him everywhere.
