It's been so hot and dry here in Sydney and surrounds. Went out west to Windsor to visit with my sisters and was depressed at how brown and sunburned the landscape was. Tinder-dry, no wonder the recent bush- and grassfires were able to take such a hold.
Waking up to rain this morning felt such a blessing.
Except I have sheets to wash and dry
