I got flashed today for running the red. Except I didn't
My car roll over the white line triggering the Light to go on but I stopped, So when the 2nd light came on, I haven't moved.
Am I expecting a letter?

I have one word - Bureaucracy.
Expect the letter.
Don't ignore it, write back explaining the situation and they'll make it go away.
They thrive on paperwork.

You betcha gunna get one - The line is there for a reason and you are not permitted to go beyond it - OR roll over it - If a photo shows that you have crossed over then you have contravened the law - appeal it if you like but that will probably cost you some more of your dollars. If you don't know the rules maybe it's best if you don't drive on the roads that others use.

Yep. You tried to beat a light change. You would have seen the orange light in plenty of time. If not, you were speeding.

Actually no. The red has been there for at least 30 seconds. I saw the cars move on the opposite, let my car roll just to find out the cars were turning right and stopped straight away.. So just rolling a couple of meteres triggered the lights.

Yes, it's a bit of a worry when drivers start moving when turning traffic has the green light. I've seen it happen myself.
A reminder to you to pay more attention then Bob.

Many, many years ago, I was sitting at a red light in my Camaro............to my left was a kid in a Ford Torino, to my right was a bear in a plain brown wrapper. The kid was revving his engine, rarin' to race me, so, while the light was still red, I moved forward about a foot or so......The kid was so eager he dropped the clutch and lit his tires up right through the intersection, the cop following him a moment later.
I casually drove past them.........

So inattention put your vehicle past the line and into the intersection area... the reason that you ended up breaking the law is insignificant. The result could have been life threatening. You were lucky.
