Without the monthly mass influx of new permanent arrivals - many more rental properties are becoming available without waiting time and at progressively lower rental costs ( with house peoperties expected to drop 30% over the short term )
Maybe time for Govt housing to take advantage on behalf of the many who are technically or actually homeless in providing just accommadation ( maybe after a transition time at a dedicated domestic living facility )
