Supposedly! 

We're in the midst of an unprecedented drought & it's dry, dry, dry  out here. Temps in the upper 90's (farenheit ) at times & when the strong winds blow, it's like livin' in an oven some days!

Here's a pic of a river from nearby ( and it's a year old )...

Certainly different than the environment from whence I came...
