Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

I can not be bothered changing my avatar to a Christmas one..................the halo will have to do.

Flashie, it's a Christmas halo 🙂

Soon it will be a New Year's halo...then a valentine's day halo. It's multifunctional 😄 and always appropriate.

I'm trying to use my special Xmas festive avatar. I wonder if it's worked?

We mowed and weeded and picked up dog poop today.

I made banana bread and a lemon cheesecake before picking up dog poop.  Chopped down and poisoned some bamboo. Scraped weeds from all the cracks then poisoned where they came from.

Put up the Xmas tree yesterday and the kids vomited tinsel and **bleep** all over it.

Buggered again! (using buggered in the Australian slang way, of course).

Round Table Revisited

Good evening Stringsters

Buzz, we are doing ours next weekend. Carpets are being cleaned this week and I don't want to do it until then.

We don't get our tree until about a week before Christmas so it is still hale and hearty on Christmas day.

We get it from the same place each year. It is always so fresh that the branch tips are still pointing upwards after New Year. The only thing that would kill it off would be a heatwave I guess, so I hope that does no happen.

Karen, you might get called Wal as some seem to think that a wallaby is a kangaroo 🙂 🙂

Buzz I actually changed mine early this afternoon, and I tried logging out & in a couple of times but it didn't change until I cleared today's cookies and cache. Hope that helps
