This Lance Armstrong issue is massive, I wonder what he'll say in the interview tonight. I feel sorry for the riders who came second during his cheating years because they're not going to be offered first position.

The Lance Armstrong issue it terrible, I chose to believe he was a hero once  😞   it  seems unfair for the second riders IMO

well a slight cool change has arrived here, we have a nice coolish breeze. A bit of a worry where the fires are concerned though. My hydrangeas are looking much better today

I just can't wait for that cool change they've predicted for tonight, Deb. I'm so glad I brought my plant in from the balcony, the flowers have opened up now and another two new ones are peeking out from between the leaves.

Our aircon is still being tweaked by Mr Frost. It's cool when it's cool, but not cool when it's hot lol.

I'm working through lunch today so I can go for a haircut this arvo.

I've been flat out like a lizard drinking, all day 😄 I've had a a quick read around... What's with people who claim tall poppy to explain their unpopularity? I only know two people who do that and in each case they score a zero for empathy, a zero for social awareness and a ten for arrogance.

it's really hot here, the birds are hanging out underneath the trees with their wings spread and beaks open. They do that to help cool down, so I think I'll go turn the mist on to give them a hand.

Hottest recorded day in Sydney today... 47.7. For the first time ever I wanted to stay at work LOL

There is a cool change coming...nothing to do but sit and wait for it.
