running from the bus stop Freddie?
Hi Tas, sorry I missed you, been out and now I'm back before I go out again.
it sounds pretty bad the Telstra/NBN fiasco, wonder if they'll ever get their act together? maybe not
on โ17-02-2016 12:26 PM
Tas - They are a disgrace - A company that treats their customers so poorly deserve to go down.
After spending another 1/2 hr on the phone with my so called case worker on Friday who promised me he would see to it that things run smoothly now - he told me I would receive the kit via courier on Saturday here we are Wednesday and still no sign of it. I have given up I refuse to waste my time calling them to be fed their BS promises. If they cut my service off I will call the Telecommunications Ombudsmen and have them handle it.

Geez Freddie... I would be putting in a complaint with the Ombudsman ( as long as it's not kate carnell )
you've been very patient with them, all things considered

Sorry to hear Mr F isn't feeling too good there's a bit of that going around with the weather going from extremely hot to extremely cold one day to the next
