Geez that was low giving parket tickets to Anzac Day attendees I'm glad Perth council thought better of it and did the right thing in the end though..
I'm pretty happy to see the Tigers at the top and Carlton at the bottom ( for family reasons only we are 50/50 Richmond Carlton... mum versus dad and a few in laws )
Freddie truth and honesty seems in short supply for some and Deb it is not the sort of education to be admired
this is a very true and clear observation Laney

Ah it's cold tonight and we have the heater on. I really envy your warmer climate over in the west, Laney, you seem to be gettng more rain than us these days too.
On tonight's news they showed us how dry it is in Gippsland. The farmers are having to sell off their stock and are buying in water already
We really need some good rainfaill (at night time)

Hi Deb
Cooler here tonight although not cold. Warming up over the weekend and then cooling down next week.
The rain here on the weekend was a blessing - enabled us to turn off our reticulation at least.
It has been a quietish week apart from yesterday and nothing much to report. We are almost over 'festival season' here in Freo but I am sure one will pop up when we least expect it
Thinking of heading down to Albany in a couple of weeks when the school holidays finish - have a hankering to visit our favourite restaurant down there. Will have to dig out the winter woolies for that though, particularly if we head up into the Porongurups. I do occasionally miss the mountains and they have to satisfy my craving for high country.
Arrrrrrrgggghhhh can I complain about the constant promotion of 'Olivia' on TV? The discordant voice really grates on me ....... at least I find it discordant

Lane, I know you're not a Collingwood fan, so hope you're barracking for the right team today

I will be glued to the netball from 12 noon till 4 pm lifes tough!!!
Hope all my stingers mates are well - still doing hydro and have had 1 visit
with a private physio for the problems with the hip/buttock - she tells me my
bend isn't good enough and if it doesn't improve I will need to go back in for
manipulations - however the hydro physio thinks i'm doing really well and the
surgeon also told me he was pleased with me and to just work at my own pace.
It's these differing opinions that cause confusion. The knee still has a bit of swelling
in it so of course it's going to take time.
Deb I hope the right team wins

Deb I hope the right team wins
yes mine!
the opinions, that is a bit confusing, but it's one versus two, so go with the majority Freddie
as long as you feel that you're progessing, and you would know this best.... that's the main thing

Morning from the wonderful west girls/ladies
Spot on Deb - definitely NOT a Pies fan .......... so good luck to your Tigers today. Please reciprocate with our match today - huge Derby at the new stadium. Apparently sold out and it's a home game for the Dockers
Some 'interesting' results yesterday ...... Nics will not be pleased that the Swans seemingly came out of nowhere to beat the Cats but Prim's OH will be delighted.
Freddie since it is your knee and your pain, I think you are the best judge of knowing how it is all progressing and I tend to agree you should just work at your own pace. That does not mean getting on the netball court today ...... just sit and watch them please
What a perfectly beautiful picture of Milla and Bronte Sandy - just beautiful
