Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Hi Yibida..the RT became quite brutal with the amount of people using multi id's to trash threads...this thread is full of them from early on, but we just carried on, hopefully they can't do it anymore.

also I don't feel any anger towards anyone, just a total lack of interest in getting involved in any of that, so I'm quite happy to post here quietly amongst friends about football, or whatever we want to post about...oh and yes, I'm enjoying this rather cold Sunday afternoon at home

Hi debra, I totally agree going about your life not getting involved in the squabbles, do what makes you happy and live as enjoyable as you can, as I keep saying life is really that short ! if people just take a short break from reality and think back in time, and how quick the years passed they would realize we are here for a blink of an eye, the brutal days of the past are done and cannot be changed, but we can make a difference for the future, we should strive to make someones day not destroy it, there is no joy in hurting, lovely to see you are still here debra, I was feeling a little lonely till some of the old posters started saying hello.  cheers Yibs . 😊

Vale John Konrads.

John and his sister Ilsa were very much admired for their dedication and commitment to swimming and good sportsmanship.  Showing my age perhaps but who cares.  I have worked hard to get here 😄

To read that Pat Cummins has donated $50,000.00 to help India provide assistance to Covid sufferers is heartwarming.  Good on him!

Deb, sorry to hear that Dustin is going to miss your HUGE match this weekend.  The stand down requirements following concussion are beneficial for the players but not always liked by supporters.

Lockdown eased over here in the Wonderful West althought gyms and swimming pools are closed for the rest of the week.  Poor restauranteurs and staff having to deal with the losses they suffer too.

Hope all well in your part of the world 😊

Not a nice one to watch so far Laney and Kopes..our goal kicking seems to have disappeared for now..the bulldogs are playing well and we seem to be in a bit of hole.. I feel sorry for Lynch who's really lacking in confidence..possibly due to some sports writers having goes at him all week. He's taken some great marks tonight though.
