Sounds like a yummy dinner for you all Joono.  I didn't want to do a roast because it is what I do at Christmas, so we had a BBQ here. I managed to make the worst lemon cake I have ever cooked. I am blaming my oven. Apart from that it was a good day.

Just as well I made hubby's favourite steak casserole as back up yesterday and put it in the fridge.............as we did not catch one single fish today.

People on either side of us did.............in both places we went fishing.

So all I had to do was some potato and garlic pizza with it..............and we had a yummy tea.

Both our youngest son and daughter played out their usual "Facebook Wars"..................I think our daughter is currently winning..................because our son has a huge pimple on his forehead at the moment she changes his facebook status to............"in a relationship".

I know a few who post on here lost their Dad's this year.............I hope today was not too hard for you.....and you remembered some good Fathers Day memories.

My neck is sunburned from planting my lemon tree and the Ranunculaseses  and the sneaky backup Jasmine.

I put the sneaky backup Jasmine underneath a stupid feral tree in the hopes of it snaking it's way up the tree and killing it softly.

Roast lamb and veggies for dinner tonight, done and dusted, using the leftovers for curry tomorrow as usual.

I can't bear picking the miniature baby lemons off my tree I put some manure in the hole and gave it loads of mulch. The flowers smell beautiful I keep going out and having a sniff.

I like how the manure I use is named ANL. So do the kids. We lose it laughing every time we buy a bag of the stuff.
