Don't cry Karen but guess what I'm making for dinner tonight.

Silly Coles didn't have any Aussie caught fish today Prim and I was in too much of a rush to cross the road to the new fishmonger so I bought some Nile perch. It was the only one that was wild caught.
I hope it's firm enough but as it is lightly pan fried and then sauteed in the curry for just a few minutes at the end it should be ok.
I bought some fish from the new place last week and it was divine. Caught off Pilbara.

I really can't remember what it was now. I know it was a huge. I wanted two fillets but settled for one because it was so big. It will probably come to me later.
