Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

The asparagus did get fairly soft Prim.  I think you could put it on maybe halfway through if you would like it a bit crisp but you need to add it before the quiche sets too much.  It needs to sink in just a little bit to be held in place.

That's a great idea doing the muffin sized ones.

Oh no, sorry Prim.  I was thinking of the asparagus tart that I made which cooks in 25 minutes.  For the impossible quiche you could add the asparagus just for the last 10 to 15 minutes.

Darn it.  Edit to add as long as it's not set too much.

I will add it half way through. That is dinner for tomorrow night done and dusted 🙂

Next time you have to take a plate to a party do them that way Joono, they have been a 'hit' every time I have taken them. So easy to freeze, and they don't change flavour or texture if reheated in a microwave, plus no mess finger food.

Hi Stringers 🙂

I'm going to try that recipe, Joono. It looks like something that I could cook. Last week I made Deb's Aussie curry and it was great... The old fashioned curry that my baby sitter used to cook before real Indian curry became popular.

I've done gardening, played with the new baby bird (he sits on my finger crying at me with his little beak open for a smidgen of banana, so fearless and cute!), went out for morning tea with a friend and now I'm heading to do some food shopping.

I've got an insane craving for fried rice so I just popped down to the shops for some prawns to go in it.  It's been a while since I've done that.
