Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Lol I forgot too, I guess some things are just plain forgettable.

They didnt have other cake choices, just two big tables of incredibly ugly Christmas tea towels and the like. You know the kind of things...washers with crocheted edges and a holly appliquéd on. It wasnt a hard decision to get the lamingtons. One down, five to go, nom nom.

Flashie, I think you should leave Sarah and John on your wall and let your brother take them down whilst you look on looking broken hearted and maybe squeeze out a tear.

Will he display them?

Flashie, I like the crying idea...but just in case it doesn't work, you could take them down to your local print shop and get some good quality copies made.

Am I mistaken or are they in those concave glass and oak frames?  If they are then you will need to be careful not to damage the frame if you are going to get copies.  Maybe a picture framer type person could do it.

I forgot about the antique frames. Give brother the photos you took because the frames suit your lounge room decor...and not his 😄

I wish I could...................but I just have to hope that one day they end up back here because this is where they would be most appreciate.

In my excitement of getting the pictures I took them to get them re-backed as they were in a sorry state..........and I did not get them copied...........sadly.

Yes they are the antique covex glass frames............which are more valueable than the pictures....(money wise)

Good evening Stringers Smiley Happy

A busy but productive day here - hot as though!

Could not get enthused about cooking just for myself so grabbed some fish and chips on the way home for an early dinner.

Then LL and I cavorted in the garden under the sprinklers like two kids - love this weather!

Now what reminded me of this song I wonder ........

At least I have had time to read back now lol

j*oono - was your further saucepan shopping successful today?

Flashie perhaps when he sees the pics up on your wall he might change his mind.  Fingers crossed anyway as I recall how excited you were when you first took possession of them.

Sorry I missed you 'resident social butterfly' Deb - hope you are having a great night.

Plans for the weekend? Not many but a swim will definitely be on the agenda.  A few work things to attend and then will just chill out as I have a busy week coming up .... silly to be thinking of that now though lol lol

Hi Laney.  It was a pretty warm day and I'm annoyed with myself because I've missed my last couple of watering days. The lawn is getting crunchy.

Please remind me tomorrow that Saturday is a watering day.

Gawd... I was in the middle of this post and wandered off and forgot to post it.
