We were supposed to go to a park cafe for a farewell lunch for a colleague. I had to ask a couple of times to get them to change the venue, which they finally did. Why was I the only one who thought 40+ might be too hot to walk to, and sit around, in a park?

Deb, my petunias are loving the heat and everytime we have a spell of hot days they flourish (with no burning). At least they make the garden look bright when other plants have heat stroke 🙂
