Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Round Table Revisited

It's all looking OK Prim but my legs are killing me.  They are not getting any younger!

Just a couple of minor things to take care of now so I'm just having a break and then I will take care of the custard.  I'm surprised you don't like custard.  I just think it is the bestest thing ever!  I hope no one minds that I don't top the silly thing with cream because that is all a bit rich for me.

I saw Donna Hay's Christmas show and she was making a trifle. It had a custard layer and cream mixed with mascapone cheese layer, etc. etc. and I thought wow, instant heart attack for me LOL

I have tried custard over the years but my gag reflex kicks in. I must have been forced to eat it when I was young

My legs are tired too. I have had Panadol breaks 🙂

Good afternoon Stringers and happy Christmas to you and your family Purple_Haize Smiley Happy

I succumbed!!!!  Don't you just LOVE the summer fruits?

I could not stop at the raspberries and came home with fresh lychees, rambutans, blueberries, strawberries, luscious figs, green grapes, apricots, nectarines and a couple of mangos.  Overkill you think?

I just could not resist Smiley LOL

Flashie those lilies always remind me of my Mum - we used to call them November lilies - perhaps they are different or just different names in different states.

Prim, it is probably a good thing your cul-se-sac party has been postponed (sad for the kiddly winks though) as it will enable you to catch your breath a bit!

I have no idea what their real name is Laney............I call them Christmas Lillies because we get them at Christmas time.

I have the last lot of washignup in teh sink..................well for today anyway.

All the Christmas boxes are under the tree.

So if it isn't bought........wrapped........or........packed.........we will just have to go without.

I hope everyone has a great day tomorrow.

Hi Stringers 🙂 yes I got two passionfruit, Prim...at 2.00 EACH, what a scam. The Eton mess costs a motza, the fruit was almost 30.00. Hopefully my passionfruit vine will be fruiting next year, if the lawn mower man spares it.

Haha Laney, loved your post <<<<< lol!

Thanks PH, I hope your Chrissie is a great one and you get at least one box of chocolates. I bought a box for myself, just in case others didnt get my hint "get me anything, as long as it tastes like chocolate" lol

OMG I hope they don't buy that fake health food chocolate.

Thank you for those Christmas wishes Flashie. Enjoy the cricket match 🙂

Rain is expected here so no outside activities will be possible. I might run a card tournament. I have scratchies as prizes every year.....you would think I was giving away the actual amount of their winning worth given the energy invested in winning the events LOL
