So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Son...............so what are you up to today.

Friend...............not much..........you?

Son.............just resting up..........a bit of a waste of a long weekend.

Friend..............yeah!..........what is todays holiday for anyway?

Son.................not sure..............Labour Day I think.

Friend..............Labour Day?........what for..............we don;t even vote until next Saturday anyway.

Some major hardware problems with BigPond here in W.A. have required me (the luddite) to switch to alternative means to get an internet connection  

Thank heavens the grey matter has not atrophied ........ yet lol
