WOW - a gold star to you and your OH Flashie.  Not only have you lost weight but you have also jagged some great pics on your walks!

I saw a beautiful pic of your Baloo on another thread j*oono - he is SO handsome!  His coat is so shiny - must come from the varied diet we know you feed him 

Has anyone else ever heard the Sunscreen Song?  Just home and turned on the ABC and heard it on their afternoon programme ..... worth a bit of internet allowance lol

A warm one for us though Laney.  36 and easterly winds.  OMgod, I hate easterly winds so much.

Guess what?  I got to 4 minutes and 15 seconds in the plank challenge today.  Unbelievable!  Unfortunately I still don't look like that woman back there.

Thanks for your comments about that picture.  The subject matter really fascinated me - quite beautiful in a strange way and it spoke to my interest in geology.

Don't have much time to take pics lately but I will try

4 minutes and 15 seconds!  How do your tummy muscles feel after that?

I don't feel it in the stomach so much.  It is quite strengthening for the back and shoulders and that's why it's important to not over extend yourself.  If I feel it too much in the lower back then it's time to stop.  All of us have quite surprised ourselves at how well we can go.
