Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Round Table Revisited

I nearly clicked on the wrong "Round" thread...........Cat Frustrated

Only one more day of school holidays left...............our youngest grandson starts school this year............he is a bit of a naughty boy................I think there might be a time out square with his name and reserved on it............Cat Wink

He is a bright boy............so he will learn quickly what is expected of him.

Finally the weather is back to summerish.................I didn't have to wear a jumper on our walk this morning........and as expected there were twice as many people out walking now the wind has died down................(twice as much doggie poop around too.)

Looking forward to this weekend.......................finally.............we are going away for a few days.

The boys will have to fend for themselves for the weekend............I hope the house is still standing when we get back...................(the girls will come around and check on them for us.)

Good morning from the west Stringers Smiley Happy

Totally agree with your assessment of that match last night Prim.  We watched it to the bitter end though given the time difference.

Flashie a few days away for you both will be great - you have had a very hectic time during the holidays.  Where are you planning to go?

Busy morning here - rang the plumber as no hot water, cold shower (thankfully on a warm day) as HWS has spat the dummy, doctors appointment, battled dishonest BS work wise, now waiting for plumber to arrive ......

Thankfully had no prior commitments for this afternoon - apart from some paperwork

Me too Flashie, twice! and I hate those moving gif threads, no offence to the posters mind you.

Where are you going Flashie?  Is this your anniversay?  My memory is rusty at the moment.  I suppose you are precooking.  I can just imagine those two left to their own devices ๐Ÿ˜„

It's going to get more difficult to keep my two fed to a timetable now as one son seems to split his time between our place and his girlfriends and my older son starts his part time polytechnic course tonight and that's three times a week.  I hope he can manage it ok as he's working full time.

I'm trying to juggle time this week.  I've got the ceiling fixer coming tomorrow morning at 7:30.  Hate that. I think whatsit might be back tomorrow for just a few days but not certain.  He's been a bit vague about it.

I was typing while you were posting Laney.  Same here.  I tried to get in to the doctors to have my stitches removed but they can't get me in until tomorrow which is a real pain with other things on the go.

I would do it myself but I can't reach properly.

Hi j*oono

I have been waiting weeks for my medico to return from holidays and I was blowed if I was going to miss it because of the need for a cold shower lol

Did you ask them if a cancellation came up would they ring you?  Kinda glad you can't reach them yourself but surprised you didn't get one of your sisters to do the job for you lol.  Hope I havn't put THAT bad idea into your mind lol

Hmmm... lol.  They did have a time today but it didn't suit because I have to see the doctor first before he or one of the nurses can take them out.  It's not hard to do.

I hope you can get your hot water fixed quickly.  Lucky it's not winter!

A new water heater is the order of the day j*oono - have to wait until tomorrow for that though

Poor plumbers - out in that storm which just passed over.  A bit of rain (not much though) and a lot of noise and lightning.  Looking at the BOM the storm cell is heading south - hope Waroona gets some and hopefully further south too if it does not blow itself out.

We shut everything down here as it looked and sounded very threatening and by the looks of it there is more on the way

Not our anniversary until later in the year.................but it is the first anniversary of hubby's mother passing and his birthday..............so I thought I would do something nice for him.

We are staying in a couple of places..............I wanted to show hubby a little place called Branxholm ............where I lived with my brother many moons ago.

I hope you have a wonderful few days away Flashie.  I am also hoping your grandson gets a great teacher who understands individuality.

I am glad I am not without my water heater Laney, I cannot......cannot have a cold shower. I can have cool showers on a very very very hot day but that is about it.

By the time I manage to inch my way into a swimming pool everyone else has had enough and are getting out ๐Ÿ™‚

Boards are slow again.....that loading circle going around and around drives me crazy! LOL

Quite a cold wind here so I am glad I don't have to go out. One order to fill and several TV shows all on at the same time. I think MKR will win

Have a good night everyone.
