Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Might not stay sleeveless though Deb as it feels quite cold in the office.

The sun has lost that buttery yellow of summer and the winter white sun has taken its place ...... still I am not complaing (too much)

Normally I love the cold.............but since I lost weight I feel it more...........I even bought a coat this year...............but I still go walking in the cold............I think it was about 3 degrees when I went this morning.

It was nearly zero last night.

It is strangely quiet at my house at the moment.........hubby is at the Doctors..............boys are out with their mates..................grandchildren are away............I am not used to it.

It takes a while to get used to the silence Flashie.

Laney, I just got my second reminder to book a termite treatment.  I have to do it but I usually wait until they get sick of sending me letters and phone me to make me book the appointment.  There are two other places I have to call as well but I hate making appointments.

I've discovered that my shower is leaking a bit too so I'll have to get megasealed around again.  They remove all the wall and floor grout, water proof it all and regrout and seal everything.  It costs quite a bit but they did a great job of the boys bathroom.

Whoever did the tiling and grouting when the house was built must have been as much of a cowboy as Freddie's guy.  We even lost floor tiles in the boys bathroom because you can't tell its leaking under the tiles and into the wall.  The builders refused to take responsibility for this and say it's just normal maintenance.

Hope you enjoyed your peace and quiet today Flashie, enjoy it while you can.

That's terrible about the leakage Joono, I wouldnt've thought it was "normal wear and tear'

It got down to 0.8 this morning Deb and even though it's going to be a cold week it is such beautiful weather.  The sun is shining and everything looks all clean after all that rain we had.

Still, I'm not venturing out until we hit at least 12 degrees.

Good morning everyone.
