Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

I'm baaaaaaaack Smiley LOL

Flashie how disappointing for you Smiley Sad  There are a couple going on down your way at the moment so perhaps you might get another opportunity.  Sure hope so - I love getting down and dirty on digs (not so much of the down these days though).  Thanks for the link - I knew it was on and was excited for you.  How dare they have a day off!

Nics!  Congratulations Grandma and what a beautiful picture of your grandies.  Great to hear everything going well for you and that you are enjoying real life ..... it is what it is really about hey!

Deb - any sign of the squatters?

How is your ankle now - feeling much improved I hope .... no tennis for you at the moment though

Freddie! I don't want STATS - I want tennis ..... I mean I want to watch what is happening right now - not what has gone before lol.  The sad thing is that when the footy season starts again, we have to put up with him then too and I bet he has a hand in the olympic broadcasts too arrrrrrgggghhh.  At least with the footy we can listen on ABC and watch the picture without the waffle.  Cranky old chook aren't I lol.

Loved your Australia Day pic Flashie - perfect.

Choppers overhead here - guess the fireworks are not far from starting.  Perth Water is packed and I know one friend who will be thoroughly enjoying herself Smiley Wink

Freo is having their own fireworks but it has been really windy all day - the Sound is very choppy and I watched folks staking out their positions early this morning when I walked along the beach - only to have their tents blown away!  Glad we didn't consider going over to Rotto - would have been a very rough trip.  Going to be an 'interesting' night in all this wind.

morning all Smiley Happy

it's a shame you had such windy weather for the fireworks Laney- but I hope it all went well

we had picture perfect weather here though we didn't watch the fireworks this year.

the squatters seem to have disappeared and now our cat who wouldn't go outside, wants to be outdoors all the time. I wonder if the squatters did move on because of our cats.  there is nothing I can do to help them if she has. Poor thing will just have one litter of kittens after another to try and feed.

my ankle is much better thanks- I'm even going to try doing some driving today- a bit sick of being stuck indoors

no tennis for me though, will still have to try and take things a bit easy- I miss my evening walks

Evening folks

8 days and counting - think I might give up counting (probably got it wrong anyway)

Secretly looking forward to the end of the tennis - frustrated at not being able to watch or listen when I am at work and then rushing around when I get home to catch up Smiley Frustrated

Oh well - this too shall pass.

How did you manage with the driving Deb?  Do you have an automatic?  If so - hope the damage was to your left ankle at least!

Big match starting ............ catch up later

Deb.........maybe you have a bit of ligament damage as well.

We have had a four day total fire ban..............my poor tomato plants are looking a bit wilted.

I picked as many of them as I could...............hand watering is not enough when they are fruiting

Except for 4 doors my painting is done...............(hellelujah..........Cat LOL)

Off to have a little look on Poddy's forum..........I wonder which thread is today's biffo thread...........Cat Wink

It'll. Be OK Flashie.

i was planning on wAtering tonight, but I didn't have to, we got a little bit of rain... Geelong had a serious storm apparantly.  Hope you get some rain soon, t's the only way to put out those fires. I was reading earlier that 100  people were waiting to be rescued from a beach somewhere in Tassie, due to the fires.

you must be pleased the painting is almost over, enough is enough

hahaha at biffo, there 's always that. Some love it

We are suppose to get some serious rain tomorrow and Friday.............and for once I bet they are right.

I have about 20 people here for a BBQ Saturday night...............Cat Very Happy...........(birthday hat time again)

Hopefully the rain will help get the fires under control.
