Hi TGSE - it sure was a nail-biter. We did not watch it but listened to it ...... my BP could not have dealt with watching it but it was all the sweeter for beating the Crows. Only wish the Tigers could have downed the other SA team
Kopes, I was barracking for the Dons for Sandy's OH .....
Travel safely Freddie - happy holiday to you and Mr F
Deb it is 'interesting' seeing the 'underbelly' of some posters ....... perhaps 'interesting' is not the right word ....... 'telling' might be more appropriate. Disappointing for some I guess but they do not surprise me and others simply confirm the accuracy of my previous opinions. Overuse and inappropriate use of commas would undoubtedly get up some noses
Never doubted I was in the right place with true friends here ...... true friends who have never changed - their names or their ethics. ~~~~~ Stringer waves to you ~~~~~
Had a great day today - lots of music, some dancing and lots of laughs. Only anticipated a half day today but I made a mistake with the dates and it was a full day ..... glad as it turned out. Great to see so many happy faces.

Afternoon folks
Intermittent rain here this morning but now the high blue sky is back and sun shining.
Caught up with Heather Ewart's new Back Roads series ....... Sandy when you are well enough check it out - it is the Waterfall Way from Ebor, Dorrigo and Bellingen to Sawtell. Such magic country! It is available on iview - just go to the following link:
https://iview.abc.net.au/show/back-roads
Interesting programme - the next one is on a paddle steamer on the Murray which should be good also.
Better get doing some stuff around the place - have to shake the 'can't be bothereds'
Hope the Freddies are travelling well and that Sandy is feeling a bit better at least.

We have a rainy night, an open fire blazing away in the hearth.. doesn't get much better than that
on 13-06-2018 08:01 PM
Hiya Deb
Nothing better than an open fire on a rainy night ..... enjoy!
A 'me' day today - went down to my hairdresser's place for lunch and she did my hair too. She is going through a tough time at the moment and needed a shoulder to cry on She is such a lovely lady and one of my best finds since moving here to the west. You know the drill ......... hairdresser, dentist and then the doctor ....... priorities
Gee anti-social media throws up some dross doesn't it! Not surprised though.
Dinner almost ready here - no fire to sit in front of though
Might pop back later on ~~~~~~

I hope the weather is better where Freddie is
on 15-06-2018 11:25 AM
Morning Deb
Just checked Freddie's weather forecast - looks good .... sunny and 23 there.
It is predicted to be sunny and 20 today ........ nothing like your forecast of 13!
Feeling the cold this morning particularly as I have to head out and fulfil some duties I have. Some research and then a meeting later in the day so it is going to be a busy day.
Will definitely catch up tonight or over the weekend.
Was great to read about Sandy and Franks progress - thanks Llinda.
Keep warm Deb and have a happy day

Well that is the week done and dusted and boy has it been 'informative'
Deb you will no doubt be pleased to know that the Eagurls were beaten by the Swans tonight so their winning streak was broken.
It was a magic day here today - beautiful high blue sky and it got up to around 23 but it looks like that will all change on Sunday
Not that the weather worries us much - each change brings it's own pleasures so long as you are dressed for it.
