Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Round Table Revisited

Hi Deb

Just think of the crowds you will avoid by watching the match on TV Deb.  Good that your OH will still be able to watch it also.

In between laughing so much I have just caught up with the US Open results.  John Millman beat Roger Federer in 4 sets.  Whilst I always favour the Fed, I am so pleased for John Millman - he has worked so hard and so diligently for so long that he deserves a win like this.

Always good to know that our antennea are rarely wrong isn't it Deb Smiley LOL

More laughs than I can fit on here Smiley Very HappySmiley Very HappySmiley Very Happy

He isn't a tantrum thrower Deb ........ a mature gentle person whose reward today is richly deserved.  Just so pleased for him.  Should be more of them around.

Nothing worse than tantrum throwers when they don't get their own way .......... despite being the architects of their travails.

Hi everyone. I'm almost ashamed to show my face here after being MIA for so long.

I agree with you about the tennis, Laney. I'm a great Fed fan too, but the old guard, however good, eventually has to give way to the new, and it's greatto see a young Aussie bloke getting some well earned success - let's hope he can make it right through to the final.

We're having funny old weather down here at the moment - one minute the sun's shining and then down comes the rain again.

Did anyone watch the first episode of Loch Ness on Thursday? It's like a Scottish version of Broadchurch. A bit confusing with so many characters all being introduced at once, but I have high hopes for it.

Hi everyone I`m another one that hasn`t posted in a long time..Yes I did watch Loch Ness too and I found it confusing  and at times hard to understand(due to accent) but the scenery is beautiful.maybe old age is catching up too!! Started watching killing Eve and the one that follows..Killing Eve I found too brutal at times and have since lost interest.

Hi Laney  ~~~ Deb back there - all that reading Deb you will need glasses

if you don't already wear them Woman LOL

Great result for Millman Laney- like you I like Fed but he's had a good run so

it's nice to see an Aussie step up - I was just listening to his Mum being interviewed

real down to earth no frills person just lovely she sounds much like my Mr F and won't

watch her son's games - Mr F's rooster boys are minor Premiers so they get 2 shots

at the Premiership - so some nail biting times ahead Woman LOL

He won't watch them play - silly billy believes if he watches them they will loose. Some

interesting reading around the traps Laney - Smiley LOL Our friend from the local has been

informed and has information at hand.

John Millman, what a star.

Feds tipped to be in best form and take out the title then done by a humble Aussie.

Great result, love to see him replicate Hewitt's n Rafter's US open wins.
