Laney pleased you wern't unwell and just galavanting around the country
side - Sandy & Frank are leaving for home tomorrow if I recall correctly.
I think the diet starts Monday 
I always started my
diets on a Monday and by Wenesday I was promising to start the next
Monday.
Shhhhh kopes I thought it may have been Sandy's - mine is
soon as well

Actually I am going to hit the pool at the gym tomorrow and rack up some laps in preparation .........

Thought I should check the phases of the moon but then realised they are like that all the time. That can be the only explanation!
It is 'interesting' to see the true colours exposed - they can never be hidden forever.

checked the weather map no rain in the area - got home took our
wet shoes off and it stopped I made sure I bought my
shoes inside they are like a flashing light to strangers. Pleased to
read you are getting into the physical exercises Laney I might need
your help if things progress further
