Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Twas a great event with a great result.

(I thought Melb were gone shortly into 3rd quarter, but what a comeback)

Gawn had a great game, Petracca wins Norm Smith medal, Treloar (Bulldogs) kicks 2 gaols in a GF after a terrible dismissal from Collingwood.

And of course The Dees break the NS curse since 1964........................Perfect. 😊

Enjoyed listening again to their theme song!

Just finished reading an article in the Gazette - I offer as a salve to the frustration many must be feeling with all these lockdowns.

The warbling of magpies is music to my ears and I hope those who share that pleasure will enjoy reading this article.

Evening nics and others, the new boards have probably waned people's interest.

Especially now they have removed all the personal aspects.

I just received the first pfizer vaccine and feel fine. More of a must do for work.

Besides there is a lot of evidence showing the effects are more likely lessened if getting Covid.

Stay safe all.............................like a sunrise. 😊

Good morning from the 'wonderful west'

I wondered why the boards were so quiet but still enabled 'rants' from one or two posters - I had not noticed the removal of some details Kopes.  I would imagine that some sellers might be disappointed at the loss of opportunity to advertise their wares.

Local government elections here on Saturday - so sick and tired of the political argy-bargy both locally, nationally and internationally.

Glad to hear you have had at least your first vaccination Kopes - things are looking worse in Victoria at the moment whereas NSW appear to be enjoying a drop in numbers ..... cyclical I guess.

Stay well you two and of course all our other friends - been kept busy over here so hence not posting much.

Hello from the City of Festivals - the Festival of Lights and the Fremantle Biennale - not to mention all the other markets and 'stuff'.  There are some 'interesting' displays around town including painted footpaths along Riverside Drive and a half-sunken boat filled with stones.  It really is difficult to get into the 'Festival' spirit though with the search continuing on Port Beach for a swimmer taken by a shark yesterday 😢

I do hope friends are keeping healthy and happy though ............ often in my thoughts!

Hi there Laney,

Nice to hear from you. Your news from the west re shark is very sad.I heard that they have decided to stop looking for him. I heard his wife on speaking on Tv, it must be horrible not knowing where he is:-(

All good over here, the shops are full of Christmas stuff but atm I don`t feel very Xmasy. It will be good once we can rid of the masks.
