Never being a seller and only an occasional buyer I have little interest in the behind the scenes workings of ebay but I did find that documentary revealing and interesting 🙂

I do hope that you Kopes and you twyngwyn have healthy and happy New Years.  The world seems to be going to hell in a handbasket across the Pacific (at least) - one wonders what 2026 will bring 🙄

Focus on the Australian Open, then the Winter Olympics, then the Giro d'Italia and Le Tour sounds like a good plan for this household - oops and OF COURSE the AFL season!!!!

Whilst nicnacs_4u no longer posts on this thread, I was just reading about the impact of the bushfires on Yea where I think she now lives.

I do hope that she and her family are safe there and are not suffering losses due to these horrific fires!!!

From fires to floods in Victoria now😟

Those poor folks camping around the Wye River and Lorne areas - seeing their vehicles and even their caravans floating away.  At least they were able to get to safety which is more important than material possessions.

Hopefully Mother Nature will improve her moods as the year progresses🤞

It has been almost a month since I posted in here - an exciting month filled with the Winter Olympics taking me back to my years living in Italy and spending time around Livorno and Cortina. Happy days!

Our Olympics team did so well - nerve-wracking at times - but oh so exciting too.  They sure take their lives in their hands doings the things they do!!!

I do hope folks enjoyed watching - if that was their preference of course - the Paralympics are next and that will be even more impressive when we see those with disabilities competing........they are even more amazing I think.
