You need to be prepared to check on the simmering sauce occasionally but it does not take long to reduce.
It would even be great on chicken.

I just had plain old fish and veggies again.
I am a plain eater.
All the grandchildren are back to school tomorrow.............so things can get back to normal here....(whatever normal is)

I had thought of that Prim. I'm going to roast the fillet so I will just put some of the sauce in at the beginning at then brush it over and top it up closer to the end. Otherwise there will be no sauce left.
Flashie, I thought the holidays were over so I got a nasty surprise when I got to the shopping centre. I was one day too early.

Morning Everyone ,
Hope that you are all well and happy.I have my DD home today.I had to take her to the emergency dep't early this morning as she woke up during the night with a severe headache .Dr thinks it's the start of something viral (as she has a rash on her face too) and she needs to be seen by our GP tomorrow.She is resting comfortably now which is really great
