Round Table Revisited

And so Lord of the String said unto the peoples, "Go forth anew. Seek a land you can call your own."

The people saw it was good.

So, on the last day the people said their solemn goodbyes and began the long journey to the promised new land.

And so began the new land and its people were joyous!

Welcome, to the Return of the Round Table known as...

Round Table Revisited

I have been working my way up to doing the Round Up spraying here for about 2 weeks now.

So today I decided to get off my butt and actually do it......(instead of talking about it)

I checked the weather report..........and it said 9% chance of rain...............I figured I was safe........geez we don't get the rain when the say 80%.............no way would we get 9% chance.

It took three litres to do both the front yard....back yard..........and pavers.........and the matting under the grand children's trampoline.

I was quite proud of myself for finally getting the job done.

So I came inside and made a cup of tea..........and gave my hands a good wash.

Sat down in my favourite arm chair..................turned on the television.

And.................................that darn 9% of rain fell..........Cat Mad

That's Murphy's Law of roundup, Flashie! Hopefully there wasn't too much rain in that 9% and it won't dilute it too much.

I doubt I killed much other than time out there today...............it says not to use if there is rain likely in the next 24 hours.

I guess it will take me another few weeks to workup to spraying it all again.

Flashie Smiley Very Happy  So typical isn't it.  Check the radar next time.

I'm making Peri Peri chicken and it smells yum.  It's sort of like Nando's but better and so fresh tasting.

Joono...............I bought a simmer sauce for tea tomorrow night.......coconut and cashew chicken.....I am quite looking forward to it.

Deb.....do your cats go outside?..............Sye and Angel never go outside so the vet told our daughter not to flea them.............so she never has.

I used to try and put a flea collar on Maggie years ago.................48 hours is her record...........she always chewed through them............and used to run around the house like something very scary was chasing her........of course now we only use the drops thingie on the back of her neck.

Our's are in and out through the day Flashie, & they come in for dinner at about 4.30, and are kept inside after that

We only have a collar on Ghost, not a flea collar, just a collar, because Bandit runs away every time he hears the bell on the collar we bought to put on him, lol
