The conclusions have come through...

Mr Walker said the Australian Border Force, which was involved in migration and contraband processes with the arriving ship, was not to blame for the failures around the Ruby Princess.

Mr Walker found the delay collecting and testing coronavirus swabs was "a serious failure by NSW Health".

I hate to be right but I maintained from the beginning that the NSW Min for Health Brad Hazzard should be sacked.  Some may blame the premier but like any organisation people are employed by its leader to do the job they are employed for and the leader should be able to trust them. I got so sick of his face on tv ducking and blaming and trying so hard to cover his serious ineptness.

So please premier, sack him, I don't want idiots like him overseeing my health.

I personally consider that ABF is at least collaterally responsible.

Dutton has built it into a para-miltary force, even down to the uniforms, but when it fails it's not his fault.

I realise that ministerial responsibility isn't what it once was, when the Minister was actually responsible for the portfolio, but even so...

I am pleased that the Australian Border Force was found to be without blame. Maybe now the opposition will back off blaming them. They don't deserve it, they were the only one's who did their job correctly.
